For personalized gemstone recommendations or astrologically selected stones, additional time may be required for consultation, verification and preparation.
2. Astrologically Recommended Gemstones
If a gemstone has been recommended based on your Kundli, birth chart or planetary considerations, we may require the necessary consultation details before processing the order.
The gemstone selection and astrological recommendation are provided as part of traditional astrological guidance. Astrological recommendations are not a guarantee of specific financial, health, relationship or other life outcomes.
3. Shipping
Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners using secure packaging.

- International Orders: Delivery timelines vary by destination and customs procedures
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Secure Gemstone Packaging
Gemstones are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to minimize the possibility of damage during transit.
Where applicable, documentation or certification accompanying the gemstone will be securely included with the shipment.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking details through your registered contact information.
You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment until delivery.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your name, address, phone number and PIN code are correct at the time of placing your order.
Dhirendra Gems & Jewellers will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Tampered Package
Please inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Customers who follow traditional astrological practices may choose to receive, energize or wear a gemstone according to an astrologically recommended date, time or ritual.
Shipping and delivery schedules are determined by logistics and courier operations and cannot be guaranteed according to a particular muhurat, planetary position or auspicious time.
If a specific astrological timing is important to you, please plan your order accordingly or discuss the timing with our astrologer before placing your order.
