Welcome to Maa Anandamoyee (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of poojas, astrology consultations, and purchase of sacred products through this platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.About Our Services
Maa Anandamoyee is a digital platform offering:
- ✦Online booking of poojas performed by our pandit ji
- ✦Astrology and consultation sessions with our astrologer
- ✦Sale of sacred products — puja samagri, idols, and related items — shipped to your address
2.Eligibility & Your Account
You must provide accurate name, a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number, and (where applicable) email address to book a service or place an order.
To view “My Orders”, you sign in using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure.
3.Bookings & Orders
- ✦All prices, GST, delivery charges, and platform fees are calculated by our system at the time of booking/checkout and shown to you before payment.
- ✦Pooja bookings are confirmed for the date/time slot you select, subject to availability; the same slot cannot be booked twice.
- ✦Consultation bookings are confirmed for the date/slot you select with our astrologer, subject to availability.
- ✦Product orders are subject to stock availability at the time of order; items are reserved only once your order is placed successfully.
4.Payments
- ✦We accept online payments (UPI, cards, net banking) via our payment partner Cashfree, and — when enabled by us — manual payment via UPI/QR code.
- ✦For manual payments, you upload a screenshot of your payment as proof. Your booking/order is held as “under review” until our team verifies the payment and confirms it; it is not treated as paid before that.
- ✦If we are unable to verify a manual payment (for example, the screenshot does not match a payment we actually received), we may reject it and cancel the associated booking/order.
5.Pooja & Consultation Details
You are responsible for the accuracy of details you provide for a booking, including participant names/gotra for poojas and birth date, time, and place for consultations.
Consultations are for guidance purposes. Outcomes discussed during a session are not guaranteed and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
6.Cancellations by Us
In rare cases — for example, pandit ji or astrologer unavailability, or a product going out of stock — we may need to cancel or reschedule your booking/order. We will inform you and, where payment was already received, process a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7.Communication
By booking with us, you consent to receive booking confirmations, invoices, and updates via WhatsApp, SMS, and email on the contact details you provide.
8.Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Maa Anandamoyee or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9.Limitation of Liability
We provide our services in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services.
10.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
11.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have authority over any disputes.
