The late Dhirendranath Ghosh, a renowned tantric astrologer of central Kolkata in his time, installed the idol of Maa Anandamoyee at his family temple in Sealdah in 1950, beginning worship according to Tantric tradition. Members of his family carried this worship forward, and today his grandson, Shri Dishari Ghosh (K.P. Astrologer), continues the worship of Maa Anandamoyee in keeping with tradition, performing rites such as kavach, Vastu Shanti pooja, Mangalik Dosha pacification, and other poojas or remedies for planetary afflictions according to Tantric rites.

A hereditary reader of horoscopes for over 200 years, Dishari Ghosh draws on his own 15 years of experience to determine remedies through K.P.-method horoscope analysis.
